Rock the Delegates
Obama has shown his true colors, now that he is the Candidate. During the primary, he told us that we did not have to sacrifice liberty for security. He said that FISA did not need expanding and the FISA Court was sufficient. He argued against warrantless wiretapping and against immunity for the lawbreaking telecoms. He said he would stand strong with Senators Dodd and Feingold and fight against the new FISA Bill.
Now we know. He voted to undermine the 4th Amendment and our Constitution. He voted to expand the President's powers to conduct surveillance on Americans with no real over-sight. He is now in favor of expanding faith-based initiatives.
If I had known Obama would vote to eviscerate the 4th Amendment, I would not have voted for him in the primary. This is not a close call, as Obama claimed it was. It is a very easy call. Obama thinks you don't have a choice, that there is nothing you can do, now that he is the Candidate. Obama is wrong.
You can still "Rock The Delegates."
The purpose of this wiki is to identify every super-delegate who has committed to Obama and every uncommitted super-delegate and convince them to VOTE FOR HILLARY.
Hillary DID NOT sell out the Constitution. She voted AGAINST FISA.
I invite you to work with this community to show that we DO HAVE A CHOICE.
Task #1: Find and post all of the names, phone/fax numbers and emails of the Obama and uncommitted super-delegates. Post them on this page.
Task #2: Create a sustained campaign to convince them that we do not want a Candidate who VOTES AGAINST OUR CONSTITUTION, and who vacillates on core issues.
